Both LISTs use the same list item tagS within them. Be mindful that some tags are naturally ONLY within other 'container' tags. AND: Last open tag of a series MUST be the 1st one closed; second-to-the-last, the 2nd one that has its closing tag, ETC. Example: <p><b><i><u> [YOUR TEXT CONTENT] </u></i></b></p>

Here is where the page you are building (the html "code" aka markup) will appear. Keep in mind that almost always, with just a few exceptions, markup tags are paired so STRIVE to have an open tag(s) before text content and MATCHING closing tags at the end of the content.  Most of the tags go around content INSIDE of paragraphs OR inside of lists or other containers. OBVIOUSLY, New Page should be the 1st button clicked. At the end: Copy the 'code' (in this textarea) & Save to Desktop as whatever.html .  Read all the other notes on this page.  This program 'elaborates' on some things, including form item markup & thus this is NOT a simple html creator.  Examples of elaborations: Your form questionnaire items are auto-named and auto-numbered. Each item is also put in a table (and in a table row and table data tag). Also, some buttons make much html at once. [While content is always added at the bottom, you may cut it and paste it elsewhere before the click of some next button.  You can also make and add any of your own content before a next button click. You may view the Source of this Builder page to learn more about tables & td properties, like rowspan and colspan -- these are a bit tricky and involve reducing the number of td's in SOME OTHER rows OR the number of td's in the current row, respectively. (And, by the way: (1) all the body content of the auto-page (below the top heading) is placed in a 1-cell table -- this is to get some margin for all the content. (2) Using &nbsp; FOR a SPACE allows one to make >1 space in a row -- otherwise, regular multiple spaces are seen as just ONE space.)]



You only need to use form tags when you want information submitted and stored, as might well be the case with tests or questionnaires.

NOTE: Regarding this form-and-questionnaire builder: THIS DOES NOT BUILD SIMPLE QUESTIONNAIRE ITEMS but rather auto-builds a table-formated / horizontal-rule-separated set of items. Before selecting any sort of question, you MUST Click "New Question." Whether you click "End Question" (after making each particular question) is optional - if you want a horizontal rule below the question, then click "End Question". Everything else must be done in a reasonable, ordered way, and with things that are paired always done in pairs at the approp. time.
